Our team of professional and highly skilled practitioners have extensive experience, working with adults, couples, adolescents, children and families. We also have a wonderful Client Care Team, who provide you with a safe and comfortable experience as you engage in therapy.

All of our clinicians at Bloom Health Clinic work from a person-centred and relational approach grounded in evidence-based interventions. Offering longer-term therapy from an interpersonal, relational or psychodyamically informed approach that is often suited to those seeking to understand and work through the underlying factors that contribute to and perpetuate particular emotional conflicts, difficulties and concerns. As well as short-term more focused interventions for those seeking assistance with symptom relief and management regarding a specific concern.

  • Jessica Tollemache

    FOUNDER + DIRECTOR | PRINCIPLE CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

    Jessica is a clinical psychologist and the founder of Bloom Health Clinic, with over 10 years’ experience supporting clients in private practice. Compassionate and warm, her approach draws on psychodynamic principles, Attachment Theory, and Emotion Focused Therapy. Jessica has a special interest in developmental trauma and is passionate about helping clients heal from childhood wounds and build secure, connected relationships—particularly in the perinatal and early parenting period. As a Circle of Security facilitator, she supports individuals and families in breaking intergenerational cycles through authentic connection and attuned care.

  • Dr Peta Maguire

    CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST


    Peta is a clinical psychologist at Bloom Health Clinic with over 7 years’ experience working across government and non-government settings. She is warm, engaging, and passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and their families. Peta’s approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while also drawing on a range of evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs. She has a particular interest in anxiety-based conditions and works collaboratively to help young people develop a healthier relationship with their thoughts and emotions. Peta also values family and systemic approaches, supporting families to build stronger, more connected relationships.

  • Rachel Drayton

    EDUCATIONAL & DEVELOPMENTAL PSYCHOLOGIST


    Rachel is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist at Bloom Health Clinic with over 24 years’ experience across social services, education, and health, including six years as a registered psychologist. She works with young people and adults using a warm, holistic, and culturally responsive approach. Rachel has a special interest in supporting clients from CALD and Indigenous communities, and her areas of focus include complex trauma, youth justice, gender and identity exploration, and fertility-related challenges. She is currently training in EMDR and offers trauma-informed care alongside autism assessments for adolescents and adults. With a passion for mind–body integration, Rachel also brings her background as a restorative yoga teacher into her therapeutic work.

  • Dr Gabrielle Ritchie

    CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST | BOOKS CLOSED

    Gabrielle is a clinical psychologist with experience working with a diverse range of presentations. Gabrielle practices from a calm, grounding, holistic approach. Her therapy is particularly influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Positive Psychology. Gabrielle has a special interest in working with clients during the perinatal and early parenting period although enjoys working with clients with all different presentations. Gabrielle is also a clinical researcher at the Queensland Centre for Mental Health Research and an Adjunct Research Fellow at the School of Medicine, University of Queensland.

  • Jodie Riemann

    PSYCHOLOGIST

    Jodie is a Registered Psychologist at Bloom Health Clinic with over 20 years’ experience supporting adults and young adults through life’s challenges. With a Master’s qualification in Educational and Developmental Psychology, she takes a neurodiversity-affirming, client-centred approach. Jodie works across a range of concerns including anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, life transitions, and workplace issues. She is trained in a variety of evidence-based modalities including ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, and also provides autism and ADHD assessments for adults. Known for her warm, down-to-earth style, Jodie creates a safe and collaborative space to support insight, self-acceptance, and meaningful change.

  • Jodie Perkins

    ACCREDITED MENTAL HEALTH SOCIAL WORKER (AMHSW)

    Jodie is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with qualifications in both Social Work and Psychology. She works with individuals across the lifespan 5 years + supporting a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, trauma, and life transitions. Her warm, relational approach is grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and care. Jodie integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy and Theraplay, always tailoring support to each client’s unique needs. She also incorporates somatic and nervous system-informed practices to deepen healing and emotional regulation.Jodie works from a systemic and trauma-integrated lens, considering the broader context of each client’s experience. She places strong emphasis on creating a safe, collaborative space where trust, connection, and self-understanding can flourish.

  • Carolyn Tollemache

    CFO & PRACTICE MANAGER

    As the primary pillar in Blooms Customer Care Team, Carolyn supports each of our wonderful clients as they navigate their time at Bloom Health Clinic. She is passionate about providing a positive and comforting, first and lasting impression for all our clients, while endeavouring to provide the best support in the day-to-day operations for the wonderful Bloom clinicians. In addition to her Client Care Team role Carolyn also acts as the Bloom Health Clinic Business Administrator and Payroll Office.
