Bloom Health Clinic utilises technology, including AI tools such as Heidi Health, NovoNote, NovoScribe, Everbility, and BizzyAI  to enhance service delivery. These tools assist in administrative tasks and clinical documentation. All AI tools are used in accordance with this AI Policy and comply with privacy regulations.

Specifically:

• Heidi Health: An AI-based tool that assists with note-taking during therapy sessions and report writing for assessments. It transcribes speech and auto-formats words into clinical notes during patient consultations.

• NovoNote and NovoScribe: An automated tool designed to assist practitioners with taking session notes. It captures patient conversations and transforms them into accurate and detailed clinical notes or summaries.

• Everbility: An AI-based tool that assists in transcribing and summarising therapy session and assessments. It transcribes audio and auto-formats into clinical templates and summaries.

• BizzyAI: An AI-based tool that assists in transcribing live sessions and assessments. It captures the session information and can assist draft letters and reports.  

All data entered into these AI systems is encrypted and stored securely, with access restricted to authorised personnel. You have the right to withdraw consent for the use of these tools at any time without affecting the quality of care received.
